Easy program creation and management of up to 255 programs. Operators enter the sawing task via a graphical display using a sectional view, minimizing input errors and ensuring simple, reliable creation of production orders by different users.
• High-performance package with saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive, including automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimal cutting conditions for every application—constant pressure for solid materials and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
• Fast and precise material length feeding via rack-and-pinion system and AC drive, with a maximum stroke length of 2300 mm and an integrated roller conveyor up to 3000 mm.
• Double-sided opening clamping jaws in the clamp insertion system with ribbed strips for heavy material transport.
• Saw frame constructed from solid, low-vibration welded steel.
• Saw blade positioned at a 3° angle to the material support surface for maximum cutting performance and extended blade life when sawing steel construction profiles.
• Combined saw blade guide with precision bearings for gentle blade deflection and chamfered carbide slide guides for accurate blade guidance.
• The miter pivot point (zero point) is located at the intersection of the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, ensuring consistent length measurement regardless of angle changes. Automatic calculation of cutting channel width for each angle position.
• NC angle programming directly at the control panel, typically freestanding on these systems.
• Patented double miter clamping system with automatic operation. The material clamp moves automatically in the direction of material flow according to the selected miter angle, ensuring right-angle clamping close to the saw blade. Material is clamped using full-stroke hydraulic cylinders.
• Rapid lowering of the saw frame via an automatic height switch bar to just before the material. During serial cutting, the saw frame moves only minimally above the material, allowing quick repositioning and optimized cycle times for both single and series cuts.
• AC frequency-controlled band saw drive with infinitely variable speed from 15 to 150 m/min.
• Low-maintenance, zero-backlash ball-bearing linear guides on both material feed and saw frame feed ensure smooth, jerk-free, and vibration-damping operation.
• Movable belt guide arm with adjustment to material width.
