• Access protection in accordance with CE standards via a light barrier.
• Automatic band saw in a proven two-column linear design with an integrated clamp feed system, offering a stroke length from 5 to 2300 mm per stroke and extendable in increments of 1000 mm.
• Visualized program input with CNC control enables fully automatic operation at freely selectable angles from 30° to 135°, including input of cutting length and quantity. Programs can be easily created and managed, with storage capacity for up to 255 programs. Operators enter the sawing task using a display mask with a cut diagram, minimizing input errors and ensuring simple and secure creation of production orders by different operators.
• High-performance package with saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive and automatic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed. This ensures optimal conditions for every sawing task, providing constant pressure for solid materials and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
• Fast and precise material length feeding via rack-and-pinion system and AC drive, with a maximum stroke length of 2300 mm and an integrated roller conveyor supporting material lengths of up to 3000 mm.
• Double-sided opening clamping jaws in the clamp feed system, equipped with serrated bars for reliable transport of heavy materials.
• Saw frame constructed from massive, low-vibration welded steel. The saw blade is set at a 3° angle to the material support surface to achieve maximum cutting performance and extended service life when cutting structural steel profiles.
• Combined saw blade guidance system with precision bearings for low-wear band deflection and beveled carbide sliding guides for accurate and durable blade guidance.
• The miter pivot point (zero point) is located at the intersection of the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, ensuring that the cutting length does not change when the angle is adjusted. Automatic compensation of the cut kerf is performed for every angle position.
• NC-controlled angle programming is carried out directly at the control panel, which is freestanding on these machines.
• Patented double-miter clamping system with automatic clamp movement. The material clamp moves automatically in the feed direction according to the selected miter angle, ensuring that the material is always clamped square and close to the saw blade. Clamping is performed using full-stroke hydraulic cylinders.
• Rapid lowering of the saw frame via an automatic height switch bar to just above the material. During series cutting, the saw frame moves only slightly above the material, allowing quick positioning of a new section and optimized cycle times for both single and series cutting operations.
• AC frequency-controlled saw blade drive with continuously adjustable cutting speed from 15 to 150 m/min.
• Preloaded, maintenance-free ball recirculating linear guides on the material feed and saw frame feed ensure smooth, jerk-free, and vibration-damped operation.
• A separately positioned control panel is provided for convenient machine operation.
• A movable band guide arm with adjustment to material width is included.
• A rotating chip cleaning brush runs synchronously with the saw blade to ensure effective chip removal.
• The operating manual and spare parts list are supplied in digital format.
• One bimetal saw blade (4/6 TPI) is supplied and mounted on the machine.
• The machine is equipped with a CETOP hydraulic system.
• A coolant system with an approximate capacity of 100 liters is included and can optionally be combined with a micro-dosing system.
• The machine features a silver gray and blue gray paint finish (RAL 7001 / RAL 7031).
• A modem for remote access, including a dashboard displaying all relevant machine data, is included for a duration of one year. This offer is valid only for machines located in Germany and includes final maintenance after the warranty period. During the warranty period, the modem remains the property of the supplier.
