2-column linear-guided metal band saw automatic for straight cuts. Particularly suitable for versatile use with different cross-sections and materials.

Standard Equipment

• Access protection in accordance with CE standards via a light barrier.
• Automatic band saw in a proven two-column linear design with an integrated clamp feed system, offering a stroke length from 5 to 1300 mm per stroke, extendable in increments of 1000 mm. The clamp feed system is mounted on a manual roller conveyor.
• Menu-driven, intelligent 4.3-inch touchscreen control based on the Windows CE 6.0 operating system, featuring program memory for up to 1000 datasets, full bus networking, selectable units of measurement, and integrated documentation with fault and warning information.
• High-performance package with saw feed via frequency-controlled ball screw drive and automatic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed. This ensures optimal cutting conditions for every sawing task, providing constant pressure for solid materials and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
• An integrated operating hours counter is provided for production data collection.
• Slip-free material transport is ensured through adjustable feed speed. Fast and precise material length feeding is achieved via rack-and-pinion system and AC drive, with a maximum stroke length of 1300 mm and an integrated roller conveyor supporting material lengths of up to 2000 mm.
• The clamp feed system features double-sided opening clamping jaws.
• Serrated bars are provided for reliable transport of heavy materials.
• The saw frame is constructed from massive, low-vibration welded steel.
• The saw blade is set at a 3° angle to the material support surface to achieve maximum cutting performance and long service life when cutting structural steel profiles.
• Combined saw blade guidance with precision bearings ensures low-wear band deflection, while beveled carbide sliding guides provide accurate and durable blade guidance.
• Rapid lowering of the saw frame is achieved via an automatic height switch bar down to just above the material. During series cutting, the saw frame moves only slightly above the material, allowing quick positioning of a new section and optimized cycle times for both single and series cuts.
• The AC frequency-controlled saw blade drive is continuously adjustable from 15 to 150 m/min.
• Preloaded, maintenance-free ball recirculating linear guides on the material feed and saw frame feed ensure smooth, jerk-free, and vibration-damped operation.
• A separately positioned control panel is provided for convenient machine operation.
• A movable band guide arm with adjustment to material width is included.
• A chip cleaning brush runs synchronously with the saw blade for effective chip removal.
• Hydraulic saw blade tensioning is provided.
• The operating manual and spare parts list are supplied in digital format.
• One bimetal saw blade (4/6 TPI) is supplied and mounted on the machine.
• The machine is equipped with a CETOP hydraulic system.
• A coolant system with an approximate capacity of 100 liters is included and can optionally be combined with an Eco micro-dosing system.
• The machine is finished in silver gray and blue gray paint (RAL 7001 / RAL 7031).
• A modem for remote access, including a dashboard displaying all relevant machine data, is included for a duration of one year. This offer is valid only for machines located in Germany and includes final maintenance after the warranty period. During the warranty period, the modem remains the property of the supplier.
